The easiest way to potty train your puppy is to keep an eye on it for signals that it needs to go to the toilet. Keep your puppy in constant view without letting them wander off around the house. If necessary, close doors or put up baby fences to keep them contained.

When you notice your puppy sniffing around or they start to squat then quickly pick them up and carry them outside. This may require you build your routine around your dog. Also, remember that puppies need to urinate as soon as they awake from sleep, so make sure you are there to take them outside as soon as they wake.

Dogs will normally need to go to the potty within about 15 minutes of eating. Therefore, make you take him outside soon after eating and wait for him to go.
